What if my item is damaged when it arrives?
We understand how frustrating it can be when a new purchase arrives damaged. Here's what to do:
- Inspect for Damage: Upon delivery, carefully inspect the package for any external damage. If you find any, inform the driver immediately.
- Report Damage: If the item inside is damaged, contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order details and any relevant photos or videos.
- Claim Process: Our courier partners require photos or videos of the external packaging, internal packaging, and the damaged item to process a claim. This helps us determine if you need a spare part, replacement, or refund.
Important Notes:
- Timeframe: We cannot assist with damaged orders reported after 48 hours.
- Full Refunds: While we strive to provide full refunds, there may be exceptions.
- Items not in their original condition, damaged due to reasons not our fault, may not be eligible for a full refund.
