If you’ve changed your mind, the item does not fit, or there are access issues, you’ll need to cover the return cost. We would recommend you use an insured courier service so that you can track this back to our warehouse.
On some occasions we can arrange to collect this from you , for most items, you’ll only pay a flat return fee per order, which we would then deduct this from your refund.
The return fee (usually £15 or £42.50 dependant on the courier and on the item’s size/weight) and will be deducted from your refund.
Please note: For collection costs from Ireland, we would need to check this with the courier.
