Sometimes, areas outside our control, such as delays at UK ports, weather, or supply chain hiccups, can affect our delivery dates. We always add a 10-day buffer to our expected dates for this reason, as at times items can arrive slightly earlier.
If your “Get it By” date has changed, it’s usually because we want to make sure you only receive items that meet our high standards.
If something doesn’t pass our quality checks, we won’t send it out. We’ll always keep you updated if there’s a change, and if you’d like to chat about your order or look at alternatives that are in stock, just get in touch with our Customer Service team.
