We hope you’re enjoying your new furniture! However, if you decide to change your mind, you’re welcome to return your items for a refund.
Just reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order, and a member of our customer service team will confirm your order details and refund eligibility, you will be issued with an RMA (returns reference number) which will need to be written clearly on each box you return or the form provided, attached to each of the boxes.
You’ll have up to 28 days from the delivery date to return your purchase. Please ensure the item is repackaged in its original condition as it arrived. We recommend using a reliable tracked delivery service to guarantee the safe return of your items.

Once your return reaches us, our warehouse team will inspect the item to ensure it’s in resalable condition. This process may take up to 14 days from its arrival at our warehouse. Afterwards, your refund will be processed (excluding the original delivery charge) and issued to your original payment method.
Please note that we can only accept returns under the following conditions:
- In the original packaging, as delivered
- Undamaged and unassembled
- For hygiene reasons, mattresses are only eligible for a refund if they remain sealed, unopened, or if they are faulty.
All returns must be made within 28 days of receiving your order.
Before returning, please also send us photos of each box showing that the RMA number has been added
If the RMA number is missing, we cannot process your return or issue a refund.
