I have placed my order, what happens next?

Once you’ve placed your order, we’ll process it and take payment straight away. 

We will then allocate your items and keep you updated regarding delivery. 

Please note that if this is on pre-order, for any change you will be updated.

As soon as everything is ready, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

 

You can track your order here (deliveries to the UK) or here (deliveries to the Republic of Ireland).

In some rare scenarios, the system may not be able to determine your estimated delivery date and the order status page may direct you to contact our customer service team.
