Small items:
The courier will attempt delivery up to three times. If they’re unable to deliver after the third attempt, your parcel will be returned to us.
You can track your order and manage delivery options using the tracking reference with the chosen courier on their website
Large items (two-person delivery with BJS):
If you miss your agreed delivery, a £30 redelivery fee will apply.
They will be in touch within 48 hours to arrange payment and reschedule your delivery.
