Standard Sized Items
In stock items will be dispatched within 1 to 3 business days, from Monday to Friday.
The item will arrive within 2 business days after dispatch to England, Wales and Scotland.
And 3-5 days if to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, or Ireland.
Oversized Delivery
Any products classed as oversized will usually be delivered on a 2-man delivery service due to the size of the furniture. This includes items such as garden furniture, sofas, large beds, and recliners.
Our delivery partner will contact you to arrange delivery.
We aim for this to be within 3-5 working days, on a day of your choice. The delivery date can also be extended by a further 7 days to suit you.
Please note that delivery to Ireland will take 10-14 working days on larger items.
Items with different get-it-by dates
If some items are ready a little earlier than others, we will wait and deliver your whole order altogether around the latest given date. We do this to minimise our carbon footprint by reducing the number of vehicles on the road and to ensure you have one delivery to receive.
