Can I change my delivery address?

All online orders undergo fraud checks, including verification of the delivery address, to help protect our customers. As a result, we’re limited in the changes we can make to addresses after an order is placed.

If your order hasn’t been dispatched, we may be able to correct minor errors (for example, a postcode).
